Isotrol is a Spanish company with leading independent SCADA software for renewable energies both at utility-scale and distributed generation. Role in the project
Isotrol will participate in the development of tasks and tools related to cybersecurity applied to SCADA and energy management perspective. Its main activities will be concentrated in technology development and demonstration in Spanish renewable plants.
More precisely, the main activities to be carried out by Isotrol in the project will focus in the implementation of tools and techniques for the proactive reaction when attacks or suspicious data traffic is detected, allowing the isolation of specific nanogrids in control centers, minimizing the impact of these actions and the impact to power production.
In the same way, Isotrol will participate in the implementation of the Use Case 3, called Protecting the Renewables Energy Chain from Cyberattacks and Data Leaking.
