Editorial

This is the 5th newsletter of the ELECTRON an EU R&D funded project. This issue of the newsletter provides information about our participation in ENLIT 2023, the organization of a hybrid events and the latest blog publications in our website.

ELECTRON at ENLIT 2023

ELECTRON participated in ENLIT 2023 with a booth showcasing the latest demos from the project. Our team was there to provide more details and ask any questions from interested parties.

 

Enlit Europe 2023 took place in Paris from November 28 to 30, 2023 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. ENLIT 2023 event brought together over 15,000 energy professionals that were interested in key topics in the energy sector, such as decarbonization, digitalization, hydrogen, energy storage, and grid innovation. The profile of the attendees include representatives from all the value chain in the energy domain like  power generators, utilities, grid operators, energy companies, researchers and others.

Challenges and Solutions for Energy Cybersecurity: Lessons Learnt from ELECTRON & European Projects 

 

On 5th of June 2024 ELECTRON organised the hybrid event Challenges and Solutions for Energy Cybersecurity: Lessons Learnt from ELECTRON & European Projects in Thessaloniki, Greece while the online audience participated through a Teams link. 

The scope of the event was to present the latest developments in the domain of cybersecurity for energy networks coming from ELECTRON and other EU R&D funded projects. The event consisted of presentations coming from a variety of stakeholders such as policy makers, cybersecurity experts and researchers, project representatives and industrial representatives.
